The Novara™ IRS1000 Infrared Sterilizer eliminates the need for open flames, delivering complete sterilization in just 3 seconds at 950°C. Ready in 10 minutes and powered by a 250W professional-grade heating element, it's built for labs that demand speed, safety, and reliability.
Precision temperature control spans 450°C to 950°C, while dual apertures — a 35mm large opening and 14mm standard opening — accommodate everything from inoculating loops and needles to forceps, scissors, and test tubes across a 100mm heating zone.
The 95S special ceramic heating core resists corrosion and cracking, while the all-aluminum alloy housing keeps the unit lightweight and durable. A weighted non-slip base ensures stability during operation, and the deep funnel design prevents infectious splatter.
Flameless and pollution-free, the IRS1000 is safe for biological safety cabinets, laminar flow hoods, anaerobic chambers, and any CO₂-sensitive environment where alcohol lamps or Bunsen burners are not permitted.
