Returns & Refunds Policy

We offer a 30-day return window, meaning you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your equipment. All returns are subject to review and approval. We reserve the right to deny or refuse any return request that does not meet our return criteria or policy requirements.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in new, unused condition, uninstalled, unmodified, and returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and protective materials. Proof of purchase is required.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your shipment immediately upon receipt. If your equipment arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us promptly so we can evaluate the issue. All claims are subject to inspection and approval, and we reserve the right to determine the appropriate remedy, including repair, replacement, or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:

Custom-built, made-to-order, or special-order equipment

Consumables, reagents, or perishable items

Equipment that has been installed, calibrated, used, or altered

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or compressed gases

Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable. We reserve the right to refuse returns for any item that falls outside these conditions or is returned in a condition inconsistent with this policy.

Exchanges

To receive a replacement item as quickly as possible, we recommend returning the original equipment (once approved) and placing a new order for the desired item.

European Union Customers - 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days of receipt. Returned items must be unused, uninstalled, in original condition, and in original packaging, with proof of purchase. All EU returns remain subject to inspection, and we reserve the right to deny refunds if the item is not returned in compliant condition.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
